Hi Kigazy,

It looks like the Ufa-Arena model may have been edited after October 1st, 2013, which caused it to become set to "draft".

The other model should have been included in the last push of the 3D Buildings layer, but may have had a review that caused it to get bumped, and then re-accepted, but missed the push. 

Unfortunately it looks like both models will not be added to the 3D Buildings layer.

They are very nice models, it's a shame there were problems.
