Annotations links and full screen not working

Dear 360C, 

I just tried annotations on a pano and they work when hovering over in the regular view.  The link in one is visible but not clickable which begs the question as to whether it is worth putting in there if not useable.  Also, in full screen view I can see the annotation icons but when I hover over them or click them, nothing happens.
