very easy….

first you need a crane with a basket. Get lifted up and make a couple of handheld  shots out of the basket in all direction and one shot down. Don't be concerned with nodal point issues because you will be  1-2m off depending on basket size.  I used  a cropped DLSR in that  year a Nikon D200 with a 8mm Fisheye. Put the shots in PT Gui and you are…almost done.  A bit of retouching might be required.
