Pano suddenly becoming unselected after years

Hi,

I have a pano: https://www.360cities.net/image/ledererhuette-day that I uploaded back in 2012 and later updated in 2014. It was selected both for 360Cities and GE in 2012 as well as in 2014. Today I was browsing my panos and I saw that it is not selected any more.

Can someone please explain the behinds, why and how this may happen - I saw no indication about this in the T&C.
