FTP Connection lost

Hi again,

while transfering I had lost the connection to the 360cities FTP and now I can't reconnect to FTP.
I've been trying for 3 hours.

Status:    Connecting to 50.17.223.50:21...
Status:    Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error:    Could not connect to server
Status:    Waiting to retry...

I can't connect via FTP to upload this morning either.

Status: Resolving address of upload.360cities.net

Status: Connecting to 50.17.223.50:21...

Error: Connection timed out
