Help with opening downloaded programmes!!

I suppose that this file is an ".exe" file. I don't know the error
code, but i suppose that the file is damaged.
1. you could try again to download the program, maybe an error occured
in the connection between the download server and your pc while you
were downloading the file.
2. send an email to the webmaster of the website and tell him about the
damaged setup file. He will help you.
