I was trying to collect streaming data for specific keyword.
I made this change:

$stream->setTrack(array('restaurant')); //inside get_tweets.php

But still it store tweets for `recipe` keywords only.

I stopped previously running processes and executed again with different keywords, but no luck.
Do I need to make any other change?

Unless you believe in magic, the only way tweets for the old keywords can still be collected is if an old copy of get_tweets.php with the old keywords is still running. You'll have to check all processes again. There is no doubt that you'll find an old process for get_tweets.php still running.
