Delivery Note / Lieferschein

Hi ZUGFeRD Group,

we are member of a group that is going to work on getting the delivery Note (aka Lieferschein ) digitalised with a focus on the construction (aka Bau) sector.

An XML / X-Rechnung / ZGFeRD based approach is highly in favour, as we don't want to reinvent the wheel, so I thought it makes sense to join forces here.

Is anyone else interested in working on that/ already in the process?

the ITEK talks of references to delivery notes in construction invoices in ZF1.

What are your requirements?

Would it suffice to issue a change request to ZUGFeRD to allow typecode 270 (UNTDID 1001 typecode for delievery note) to the list of eligible typecodes?

Hi,

I don't think existing fields will be sufficient, as delivery notes are not one way documents:
An invoice is issued by party A and processed by party b.

A delivery note however might be issued by A (e.g. Manufacturer), processed by B (shipping company, adding shipping time) then processed by C (recipient, adding defect, signing off) just to be send back to all parties again.

This also results in some additional fields. You might have to note defects / wrong amounts.
