Microsoft Translator Azure settings

I am attempting to use Translation service: Microsoft Translator (Azure) with ZRE. I have an API key that does work but it does not seem to work in ZRE. I receive the error: 

**** Error reading JArray from JsonReader. Current JsonReader item is not an array: StartObject. Path '', line 1, position 1.

I am running ZRE version 2.3.89.0

Is anyone using Microsoft Translator (Azure) successfully who might be able to explain what I need to do? Thank you.

I think I found and fixed the issue (I've used an outdated API).

Please download the new setup from the usual location, e.g. from the zeta-resource-editor.com website.

The newer API requires to also specify a region beside the private subscription key. Please try the new "Insert example" link in the "Translation settings" dialog to see the format. Specifying an endpoint is optional.
