Requirements for displaying Uthmanic script

Salaam alaykum. Could somebody please give me a list of technical requirements for correct display of the Uthmanic text of the Quran downloaded from Tanzil.net. Clearly, RTL support is required and the font requires all the necessary characters, but what else is needed? OpenType support? Unicode (which version?)? Character variant support?

In the attached I have tried laying some verses with the following fonts:

Adobe Arabic

Arabic Typesetting

me_quran

Adobe Naskh

Scheherzade

Traditional Arabic

KFGQPC Uthman Taha Naskh

KFGQPC Uthman Taha Naskh

...clearly some of these fonts do not have all the required characters but even the ones that do have problems like not combining characters correctly or diacritics crossing, etc.

The attachment was made with Adobe InDesign CS6 with an Arabic support plugin. I have not highlighted all the mistakes. The fonts that work the best seem to be Arabic Typesetting and Traditional Arabic.

I had a big problem with "uthmanic" when I were working with Indesign.

I just AlhamduliAllah, found the font ZekrQuran, and changed the words with the problem, and its works!!
