We have defined a process for addressing alerts that are low and informational by identified them as "false positives" to be reviewed at a later time.

Under Tools < Global Alerts I have identified which alerts from the report are listed and I mark
them as false positives.

After having done that, now they are listed as "Systemic" which is not what they were listed before and even though they are identified as false positives, they show up on the report when we do not
want them to show up.

How can I remove them from view on the report until I am ready to see them at a later time?

That the alerts are tagged Systemic should not have any bearing as to whether they are reported/covered by your Alert Filter rules.
You seem to have specified a URL on all your alert filters, does it match the alerts you're seeing reported?
(I'm guessing not since they haven't had their risk/confidence changed to False Positive.)

You can learn more about Systemic alerts in the 2.17 release announcement: https://www.zaproxy.org/blog/2025-12-15-zap-2-17-0/#systemic-alerts
