Hey, Mike!

Just checking in with you regarding calls this weekend - I know there's been some confusion between here and Laramie, and we just wanted to reach out to make sure that you're feeling okay, and that we have a plan in place for this weekend!

I do want to clarify that our frustrations have not been with you: From our end, Laramie was a little hostile off the bat when we were trying to explain why we needed all actors the usual 2 hours prior to the show, and that's been the source of any issues on our end. We aren't frustrated with you, we just want to make sure that you're able to go between both shows with minimal stress.

Juliet's most recent email suggests that they're going to let you do what you think is best on Saturday - from our end, it'd be helpful if you could be ready to go for pictures by 4:30pm. We can do photos with other scenes you're not in until then, but since you're a lead, we do need you for a lot of shots! Photo-call is important for our institutional memory, publicity, documentation of the show, and most importantly, for the library archives!

This is negotiable, of course - we just want to offer a starting place. Thanks for working with us on this!
