Construction for completion certificate

Hi all,

I got my possession and have to complete construction by the year end (2025) as stipulated recently by YEIDA authority.

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding the builders  and architects for construction  in sector  20 plots.

If anyone has already done some kind of construction, can you please share some kind of information regarding the costings.

I think the authority provides a 3 year window for completion. Has anything changed in that ?
