I think first the authority will assign the flat number using some draw process and then they will dispatch the possession letters to the allottee.

This is very surprising about Possession Letter did not receive any allottee regarding scheme BHS-02/2013 1BHK LIG flat (S+4) Sector 22D, although YEIDA committed in broucher Flat will be handover within 3years from date of allotment.

I am also waiting for such information, authority is just collecting money from us. I received a letter last year regarding surrender at 6% rate of interest or wait till 2019 for possession.

Draw was held on 26-Feb-19 and then cancelled.

New date were announced 15-Mar-19 and now you are saying the draw was cancelled.

But there is no such Notice or News

Why they don't put Notice on their website.?

Online payment system is also not-working and don't know when it will function again ?

Does anyone have any update regarding possession of Flats in BHS02, I have flat in there and there is no response no YEIDA, Every time I can them or visit them, they commit it is to be given in next 6 months, today also they said same thing. I m started getting very sceptical  regarding its actual status. If anybody has any update please let me know. Also its time for Last instalment and they are not ready to provide any advantages as per RERA Law. Any concern who have any updates please help.

As per the BHS02 list. Flat is allotted to me.

However, I have not yet received the official letter from YEIDA.

Has anyone been there at Sector-22D and seen the flats. 

How are the condition of these flats?

What are the next steps? 

When will we get possession?
