Lease Deed Execution Information for RPS02 Scheme

Dear all,

I wish to know about the process of lease deed execution for the allotted plots under RPS 02 scheme.

1. If anyone has got this done. please advise me the process and expenses required for this
2. In case, anyone can share the advocate mobile number, that is also helpful.
3. Is there any fixed fee or concession fee for advocates for this process
4. What documents are required, how many times do we need to visit YEIDA office and how much time does this takes?
5. Will we get the possession after we are done with Lease Deed Execution?
6. Any other important suggestion/advice/guidance will be helpful.

Hi All, 

Is it mandatory to pay extra compensation amount to get the lease deed executed ? High court has pronounced the verdict that extra compensation is illegal.

What about people who have not paid extra compensation so far ? 

Kindly help and answer.
