Factory Voices AND Functions

I recently went thru and entered all of the factory Function data as per the Performance Notes, and made a few corrections to the mistakes in the Notes - these include the per Function Note Limits. Here's the sysex (each TF1 has two "blocks" one for the voice, and one for the function. Also included is a re typeset version of the voice chart - which for my old and decrepit eyes is much clearer (and complete).

made some tweaks to the chart to include the transpose (Mid C point)
