As it seems my previous post didn't get through, I am trying again...

Could someone please confirm that the "Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 Super" is still compatible with Softimage 2015? I am planning on using it for rendering in Redshift & Sycles and the occasional game. Thanks in advance...

Hi Hirazi, i‘am using that configuration since 9 month inclusive a 1080ti as a second gpu. Both cards have the same Speed. But the rtx is thinner.

haha, sorry it is the RTX 2070 not the Super.  :)
But it works fine with SI 2015 and Redshift too.
Coudnt put 2 big card in the case so i bought the thinner 2070.

Is it safe to assume, that a 2060S would be compatible with Softimage as well?
I am a complete hardware NOOB and don't want to face unpleasant surprises while spending all my savings on this build.
Like it was mentioned in "my other thread" it probably is wise to invest a bit more in RAM, so my system has 32GB on offer.

Turns out Sycles doesn't support the Geforce RTX 2070 Super and I just bought an expensive graphics card for no good use...

Turns out there was some kind of conflict, fixed by resetting the preferences.\
Ignore previous mail...
