[Acq Safety Request] Automatic filter settings for calibration

Since filter settings can be readily accessed from acq now, it would be good if:

- For any run_calibration() or for any sample that contains:
sample_composition: {Ni: 1.0}

make sure that at least the third filter is in and notify the experimenter that the filter setting was changed.

Thanks Soham, great request.  We are working on an adaptive scan to prevent detector burn in general.  We will assess how far away that is from being part of a release.  We could consider this as a stop-gap if the adaptive-filtering is not on the immediate horizon.
