Hello together,

I am currently struggeling with uploading DICOMs in interoperability mode (each frame is a single DICOM) to XNAT. The upload process itself works fine and I can also view a snapshot of each frame but in the OHIF Viewer just the first image is shown as preview and I am not able to scroll through them. Does somebody has an idea what the problem is?

Kind regards,
Elena Baumeister

Hi Elena,

Take a look at this thread: https://groups.google.com/g/xnat_discussion/c/3eQgAaJ-t4U/m/0PCoQHEAAwAJ . Is that the type of "interoperability mode" you're referring to? If so, there's some cautionary advice in the links from my previous response in using that.

Thanks,
Charlie
