About a week ago, while visiting a high end hospital in Coimbatore, I noticed unsafe behaviour of most of the doctors and the staff while using the staircases (not holding the railing & using mobile phone).
Immediately, I emailed them detailing the risks, and suggested measures to alleviate
them.
Today I received a reply from the COO of the hospital, thanking me and promising to take actions to improve safety.
It’s more than a decade that I retired from Levers, and I am glad that the value of behavioural safety, care and concern for others imbibed in me is still intact.
Thank you Levers for this and much more....
