Goals::

· To build the community of XB/CAO Senior Managers

· To plan and discuss research on XB/CAO, the classroom-as-organization, and the student-managed classroom.

· To introduce prospective and new XB/CAO senior managers to each other and to more experienced XB senior managers.

· To share information, joys, and woes associated with XB/CAO.

· NOT for sharing cat videos, inspirational quotes not related to XB/CAO, Facebook-type material, etc.
