Length extension as an integer

Hi,

The specification indicates that the length entension MUST be an integer (length of the media, in seconds).

On the other hand, time, time-from and time-to extensions are expressed with a float value with 3 digits (milliseconds).

Don't you think it could be more consistent to use the same level of precision (e.g. milliseconds) for all time related extensions?
