- Laramie Plains Lakes--Lake Hattie Reservoir

Hi all,

Would someone be willing to share how to bird Laramie Plains Lakes--Lake Hattie Reservoir? I have been out there a couple of times and all of the birds have been way across the reservoir and out of spotting scope range. Is there a way to get closer to where they are congregating? Thanks in advance.
