I have used the following website multiple times to print out QSL
cards for different guys. You put in the information you want on
the website, it creates a PDF file, and then you can print the cards
on your computer, the library or Walmart. You can use thicker stock
(if your printer accepts it.)

In about 1/2 hour you could make up a QSL for him with his address,
callsign, name, Grid, etc. Then print out as many as he needed.
They can even be printed in Black & White.
I could even do it for him/you and send a PDF file for printing
somewhere.
Below is one I printed for Tim, K8RRT, because A35TR said he had no
cards. Tim sent him an SASE and a couple of these cards I printed
and he got one back filled out for his QSO.
