Hi, Wrens,

I’m working on publicity for our June concerts and have a few requests.

(1) Please visit the Wrensong email list linked below in the next few days - by Monday if possible? - and make any corrections or additions. We use this list very sparingly, sending just a few announcements in advance of each concert series. If you prefer, you can also send me any corrections or additions. 

(2) Soon we will begin list serv posts. If you use your town’s list serv, Front Porch Forum, or other service and would be willing to post, let me know.

(3) If you have other (free) publicity ideas, let me know that as well!

My current publicity plan is as follows:

• Email announcement to Linda Radtke and Walter Parker DONE
• Write to CAFUV - DONE
• Outreach to Beaver Meadow Chapel DONE
• Outreach to Barnarts/Barnard Universalist Church - Annie?
• Create Facebook events - like and share
• Email blast to supporters - save the date now, and week prior to concerts
• Organize list serv posts
• Email Kathyrn Whelan at VT Standard
• VN calendar listings
• VT Standard calendar listings

Hi, Wrens,

I’m planning to send a “save the date" email to our Wrensong mailing list tomorrow, Tuesday, May 12. If you have any additions to our mailing list, please get those to me by midafternoon tomorrow, or feel free to edit the spreadsheet directly with your additions or corrections. 

If you use social media, I’ve created Facebook events for our two concerts which you can like and share.
