Call for Participation at WiML @NeurIPS 2023!

We are thrilled to announce that the Call for Submissions at the 18th Women in Machine Learning (WiML) workshop is out!

The NeurIPS workshop for Women in Machine Learning will be held in person on December 11th with invited speakers, oral presentations, and posters. The event brings together members of the academic and industry research landscape for an opportunity to connect and exchange ideas, and learn from each other. There will be a mentoring session to discuss current research trends and career choices in machine learning. Underrepresented minorities and undergraduates interested in pursuing machine learning research are encouraged to participate. All presenters should be women or non-binary, and all genders are invited to attend.

●    August 11th, 2023 11:59pm AoE – Abstract Submission Open on CMT

●    September 14th, 2023 11:59pm AoE - Abstract Submission Deadline

●    September 22nd, 2023 11:59pm AoE - Travel funding Application Deadline

●    September 26th, 2023 11:59pm AoE – Notification of Acceptance

●   September 30th, 2023 11:59pm AoE – Notification of Travel Funding

●    December 11th, 2023 – WiML Workshop Day (in person)

We are additionally looking for volunteers to apply to serve either as an Area Chair or Reviewer for submitted abstracts. Area Chairs should identify as female/non-binary. If interested, please apply here.

Anyone interested in helping serve as a Reviewer is welcome to apply here.

The reviewing period will take place September 15th-25th.
