Ken Jennings officially replaces Mayim Bialik on "Celebrity Jeopardy!"

There's no question about it.

Ken Jennings, 49, has officially replaced Mayim Bialik, 47, on "Celebrity
Jeopardy!" per a dramatic new statement from the show's
network.

Jennings appears solo on an official promotional poster shared to the show's
Instagram page Tuesday.

The art features a smiling Jennings as he walks among lighted signs that read,
"Celebrity Jeopardy!"

Is Jennings still crossing the SAG-AFTRA picket lines?

SAG-AFTRA is not striking against “Jeopardy!” (they have a separate agreement for game shows and some other TV programming that doesn’t expire until next year).

Ken is crossing the WGA’s picket line against “Jeopardy!”, but he’s confirmed that SAG-AFTRA leadership has told him that he needs to fulfill his existing contract as “Jeopardy!” host and producer (along with supporting the “Jeopardy!” crew, who are members of IATSE). Presumably, Mayim is under a different contract that’s allowing her not to host while the WGA strike is on.

Ken Jennings' Podcast Co-Host Slams 'Idiot Opinions' of Those
Criticizing Him For Hosting 'Jeopardy' [sic] Amid the Strikes

Ken Jennings has been relatively quiet regarding the debate over whether
he should continue hosting Jeopardy amid the dual Hollywood strikes -- but
his Omnibus podcast co-host John Roderick certainly hasn't.

Jennings first started getting backlash when he stepped in for Mayim
Bialik -- who left during the last week of taping in May to stand in
solidarity with the Writers' Guild of America (WGA) strike. The issue has
only grown since it was announced that he began filming the upcoming
season earlier this month -- and that he would take over Bialik's hosting
duties on Celebrity Jeopardy.

In light of the social media ire, Roderick rushed to the Jeopardy champ's
defense after users with "idiot opinions" went as far as to call him a
"scab," which is a term used for someone who crosses the picket line and
works during a strike.
