I'm always interested in knowing what, if anything, happened during the past year,
and also what people dare to predict for the year ahead.  I enjoyed CNN's contribution,
"All the Best, All the Worst" (hosted by Tom Foreman, who I believe was a
WNN contributor at one time -- possibly based in Denver?).  Does anyone have any
other suggestions?  Thanks!

Sure, there's Nightline's recap, generally
at the beginning/middle of December, when
Ted Koppel of the NBC Blue Network brings
back the folk who made predictions a
year earlier.
