And the money shot, from his CNN obit:
In 2010, Limbaugh married his fourth wife, Kathryn Rogers, a 33-year-old event planner. Limbaugh paid a reported $1 million for Elton John to perform at the event, which was attended by members of the Republican elite, including Sean Hannity, Rudolph Giuliani, and Karl Rove, (link to People.com)

Well, Ed Asner is still around. (born Nov, 1929). He'd probably
remember hearing about that 5,000 watt radio station
in Fresno...

Hmm.. let's see.

Mary Tyler Moore died Jan, 2017
Gavin MacLeod born 1931, still around
Ted Baxter died Aug, 1986
Valerie Harper died Aug, 2019
Cloris Leachman died Jan, 2021
Georgia Engel died Apr, 2019

and, of course:

BETTY WHITE: born, 1922, still kicking strong!

It all started at a small, 5,000-watt radio station in McKeesport, Pennsylvania (WIXZ, now WGBN)

Re: Rush Limbaugh
I remember him on the cover of Cigar Aficionado. I wonder if there's a similar curse to that of "Sports Illustrated". Hmmm.

P.S. I guess no one ever patented a HUMIDOR that doubles as a COFFIN. There might be some money in that!
