The next machine translation meetup will take place on Wednesday, May 11th in Menlo Park, California.

There will be guest speakers from organisations like Amazon AI, Systran, the Uber localization team and Viva Translate, representing researchers, builders, users and startups.

It's hosted by Machine Translate, a foundation for open resources and community for machine translation.

To my knowledge, this is the first machine translation meetup in the world outside of the one in Zurich.  The next Zurich meetup will be June 13th.
