Check the "Setting profile values via Facebook Login" here: http://support.wizrocket.com/websitehtml-integration/#setting-user-profile-details. This should help with your Facebook integration issue.

I checked the page already and had already followed the instructions and embedded the code. However, it's still not working. Any way you can help to troubleshoot?

Hi Ryan,

Open the debug console on your browser, then log in via Facebook and see what the console is displaying.

Enter this into your console: 

FB.api('/me', function(userData) {

   console.debug({"Facebook": userData});

});

and you should get more information; possibly, some errors.
