N.Q. in Quantity Unit?

Silly question regarding units in the UN Comtrade Data; however, I couldn't find the answer in the user manual. 

I received a second "QtyUnit" when downloading my data: "N.Q." 

Can anyone let me know for what this stands? Really appreciate it, and apologies if the answer is obvious!
