Xin nghỉ lên lab 2 ngày 15 và 16/06

Em chào thầy cô ạ.
Em xin phép nghỉ lên lab 2 buổi thứ 2 và thứ 3 tuần này(ngày 15 và 16/06) để về quê làm lại giấy tờ tùy thân. Do thời gian gấp gáp, em xin lỗi vì bây giờ mới viết mail xin phép thầy cô ạ.
