Google SSO hangs on "Finishing - Please wait while we validate your identity"

So the APP is up and running, register via mail works, everything else works but google SSO hangs after the redirect on  "Finishing - Please wait while we validate your identity"

anyone has an idea why the login seems to work but hangs in a loop for ever after the redirect ?
