Possible to use MariaDB?

Running into a communication error when trying to use MariaDB 11.1.4 with WiseMapping. 

Getting a pretty complex SQLGrammarException console error. Have a feeling it has to due with the hibernate dialect, but I'm not too sure even where to start.

Any advice is appreciated.

it was never tested with the MariaBD.  So,  I’m not surprised if you are seeing errors.

Hi,

It's working at least with mariaDB 10.3 (actual prod) and 10.6 (actual test/dev plateform) ;)

In our conf we use this dialect:

database.hibernate.dialect=org.hibernate.dialect.MySQL5Dialect

it's an InnoDB compatibility's one.

MariaDb version 11.4 is a short-term version, I think it's not a good idea to use it for production, prefer LTS ;)
