Hi Support
over the last 7 days I'm being sent false notifications at exaclty the same time every day only once.

"Is Getting Too Wet (97.2% RH). Permanent Damage May Occur" for a tag that is in a plastic bag and in bright sunshine.

they are being sent every day at 5:44am UK (GMT) Time.
We cannot turn these alerts off in the app or web interface. I have disabled the humidiy option and every day at the same time I get them. they are coming from yuor server?
Please can you investigate or give us the option to no be alerted
thanks
Steve

If you plot the humidity graph what do you see?

That notification looks valid as every morning the humidity graph shows humidity going high.  It is probably morning dew / condensation.  As the warning suggests it will damage the tag.
