delay to push alerts

hi SUpport

about an hour ago the push alerts stopped coming in and eventualy arrive but 4 mins late.

email is still owrking as is the app but delay in push alerts.

can you please fix?

Hi Steve,

Did they solve this problem? Some of my tag managers take about 5 hours to notify of disconnected status.

Do you get the push and email at the same time, i.e. 5 hours after the tag manager is disconnected?

Yes, tested several times and always I get delayed notifications (email and Push)
