tagmanager app kicks off my av network receiver

When I  am on my home network which has the tagmanager and the av receiver on the same network,   often if I open the tagmanager app on my phone it causes my yamaha receiver to get disconnected from the network - they both have different ips.

I notice whenever I open the app on Android, my Bluetooth speaker (HK Aura) freaks out like something is trying to connect to it.
