Dead tag

Hello I orders 5 tags and a router. 4 of the tags are working well but one isn't. I opened ticket #  5630 3 weeks ago but I haven't hear anything back yet

Have you mistakenly tried to associate with multiple tag flashing / activated?

Anyway please follow these steps (in FAQ and past ticket countless times)

1) Remove battery and reinsert.  If tag start to flash continuously, associate again. 

2) If tag does not flash or update in the app, follow factory reset https://store.wirelesstag.net/pages/support#factory_reset

3) Make sure the battery is not empty, swap the battery with one from a working tag and try 1,2 above.

Please confirm you have done the above.
