My pc connects fine with the Tag Manager but when I tried the Wireless Tag android app on my Samsung Galaxy S3  I constantly receive a "network connection issue" error code after trying to log in with the same email and password that I use from my pc.  I've had no other connection problems with my S3 phone other than with this app.  Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

I believe this is affecting only limited number of users/devices and none of our internal test device has this problem.

I just uploaded a new version 2.10.2, when it comes out update to it and let me know if you still see this problem.

Tried the new update on both my S3 phones and I still get the same error message. Are there any possible issues with the router that I am using - NETGEAR model WNDR4500v3 or Android version 4.1.2 ?

I tried the app with another Samsung S3 android version 4.4.2 with the same result.  Unfortunately with the model of phone and with the carrier I use, no updating  to a higher version is available.

I finally got the app to connect to my Wireless Sensor Tag Pro 2.0 with a friend's Samsung S3 Android Version 4.4.2 but still nothing with my Samsung S3 Android Version 4.1.2 for which I can't uprade through my carrier (Straight Talk).  However, now instead of a "network connection issue" error which prevents me from connecting, I get a different error :

   {"readyState":0,"responseText".""."status:0,"statusText":"error"}

Any idea on whether I can get the app to work with my current Android Version ?

Funny when the problem is fixed suddenly no one posts that it is fixed.

Its fixed for a Samsung S3 android version 4.4.2 but not for a Samsung S3 android version 4.1.2 which can't be upgraded to a higher version.

Just install the latest WirelessTag app from Google Play.

Thank you!  The latest Feb 16 App did work.  I just ordered more sensors a few days ago for my outside greenhouses and now I can finally check on everything from my phone. Thanks for your time and effort!
