Alert by email down...

Hi,
The initially populated email address in the profile to alerts receives nothing more. I see one or more email addresses, which are receiving alerts. Why is initially populated email address receives nothing. (this is an @ gmail.com address). It would be "blacklisted" by the Wireless Tag portal?
Thank you for your help finding operation using the original email address.

We automatically add email to blocked list (as if you clicked the "block" or "unblock" link at the bottom of each notification email, so we will not attempt to deliver to that address again) if it bounces once. Below are currently blocked email list and the reason returned by recipient email server:
