IN/OUT of range

It appears that in and  out of range is no longer working. Maybe for a week now.

Since last Friday we implemented a "grace period" option in out of range notification, you can access it from the web interface only currently, at https://mytaglist.com/eth, click the refresh icon and choose "Notification" then change the grace period (default is set to 4 minutes, i.e. no notification if out of range is shorter than 4 minutes) back to "immediate" for the old behavior.
