When I swap batteries in my temperature sensor, usually there’s a high-pitched beep. This time, when swapping batteries, there was silence, and then the occasional low-pitched beep, maybe around 600 Hz. What does that low-pitched beep mean? The tag is still occasionally flashing an LED, but it’s not responsive to the Tag Manager, even if I reset the tag.

Thanks!

Avi

The hardware is damaged. What is your order number and when did you buy it?

Oh well. This is order 23897 from May 2020, so it's been a while. Thanks.
