Beverly and Erik,

Wow! First, thank you for hosting such an incredible party – what a fantastic turnout! Now we know the secret to getting the neighbors out: free drinks and snacks! Honestly, it was a great night, and the turnout was even bigger than all the block parties combined. You two definitely know how to throw a party!

I did learn something last night though – there's a huge discrepancy in what we all pay our gardener... I’m still in disbelief!

Now, save the date: October 31!

Thanks Karen and Michael!  Next time we’ll invite the landscapers and we’ll grill them about the varying fees!  A party needs a theme, and that will be it!

Thanks to you two and to all of our great neighbors for coming last night.  We definitely had fun.  We all needed to take the time to hang out together again and that mission was accomplished.  Beverly and Macy got it done, I was along for the ride.

We’ll see you in the hood soon.

yes!! Many thanks Beverly, Erik, and Macy for bringing the neighborhood together and sharing your home.  As we often see each other passing by, it was a great opportunity to catch up or to finally meet some of you and have a chat!   The remodel looks amazing and the place is so meticulously personally designed and decorated!  Well done Beverly!   We had a wonderful evening and are so fortunate to have such fantastic neighbors.

OMG! That is so funny about the gardener! I hope our bill doesn’t go up. For doing nothing he’s making a killing from just the four neighbors! The highlight of my night was hearing the story behind the llamas paintings. Macy gave Jim and I a very descriptive narrative down to each stroke of the brush!

Thank you for such a great party. It was especially nice to see our neighbors. It brings back memories of our block parties.
