Attribute MaximumPoolSize of thread-pool "management"

Hi all.

There is a need to increase the maximum number of pools for thread-pool=management. In standalone.xml config file I didn't see any attributes related to this setting, but this thread-pool is visible through MBeans tab in JConsole:

The value of the required MaximumPoolSize attribute is always 10. Here you can edit its value, but it will be valid only until WF restart. After that the value will be restored and will become 10.

I would like to understand if there is any way to edit the value of this attribute in the config file (or maybe, if possible, set it as JAVA_OPTS in standalone.conf)?

Did you try to replicate with jboss CLI/HAL or only with jmx console?

Can you tell me what you mean by replication? I tried to find a suitable parameter in jboss-cli that is responsible for this, but I couldn't find it.

Among the attributes proposed in the /subsystem=io/worker=default block, I did not see any attribute responsible for the maximum number of pools for management ports. There is an attribute max-pool-size, but, firstly, its value differs from the MaximumPoolSize attribute from thread-pool=management, and, secondly, this attribute is responsible for a different functionality.

Unless I miss something, it should be it - Ive tested by modifying value with CLI and checked that MBean after refresh. I will double check tomorrow.

Hey. Sorry for delay. I think I made mistake, I assumed first "open" bean is the one you had in mind, not "management".
And yeah, I dont see it in CLI.
Anyway, this does sound like a bug.
