WikiPathways Admin Curation Report

Hi all,

I did my curation for last week. We had a few new pathways and quite a few partially completed pathways. I deleted several that hadn't been updated for a long time and were scheduled for deletion.

I'm wondering whether the following pathways should also be scheduled for deletion? I'm hesitant to do that, because many of them have some good content, but they don't appear to be on-track to be completed. None of them have been edited for some time.

Thanks Anders. 

For the 4 pathways, I agree the content is valuable. I will contact the authors for the first 3 to see if we can get these finished. The last one is Marvin's, and it seems like it might be complete and could be tagged with the Adverse Outcome community tag. Marvin, can you comment?

if the authors of the molecular targets pathway won’t finish it, please let me know. As this is very related to pharmacy, I might find a bachelor student to add the annotations.

Pathways 2+3 (on pancreatic cancer) are work in progress. Just didn't get to finish them yet. 

We started them in a workshop a while back.
