Our goal would be to automatically create or update gigs in Where’s The Gig when a HoneyBook booking is finalized.

Can you tell me:

Does Where’s The Gig offer an API for creating or updating gigs?

Is there a way to import gigs via JSON, XML, CSV, iCal, or another structured feed?

Does Where’s The Gig support webhooks or third-party automation tools such as Zapier or Make?

If direct integration is not available, what is the recommended method for syncing external booking systems into WTG?

Thank you for your help.

Hi Papi--

I've reviewed the functionality of the Zapier system and am implementing a Zapier "Webhook" responder that will create a gig from Zapier request, which should provide for interoperation between HoneyBook and WheresTheGig.  I'm expecting it will be in place by late next week.  I'll appreciate it if you can run some tests using your HoneyBook events.  I'll keep you in the loop as to the development progress off-line from this group.

Thanks,

Status update on this.  I've created a service that adds a gig provided by a Zapier connector and verified it through interactions with Zapier.  Once I write the documentation I'll put it on Production.

Papi, once this is live it would be great to have you test the integration from your HoneyBook system.  I'm pretty slammed next week, but I'll try to get it up as soon as possible.  I'm also planning to provide a Zapier export service so an account's event list can be provided.  Connections can then be created to load events into arbitrary external systems.

OK.  The Zapier gig import is live.

Click the help icon (?) for documentation.  Note that the documentation assumes you are familiar with Zapier.

Papi, your feedback is appreciated.  We may need to make additional iterations on this, as is common with new functionality.

Thanks,
