Gig list view Show future dates only

Is there a way to have the gig list view only show future dates?  It tried setting the date on the Start button but it dows nothing to the view.  I have gigs going back to 2023 and have to scroll down to get to my current gigs

Hi Fred--

Normally, the gig list will show only future events.  However, if there is any outstanding finance information, the gig will be shown until the pending issues are resolved.  You can view pending issues on the "Services" => "Finance" page, but it's most convenient to include the "Finance" field on the gig list.  This is done at "Settings" => "Attributes" in the "Attributes for admin gig list" section. 

Give that a try and get in touch to let me know if it resolved the issue.
