Skyline North to South Ride

Hi,

A group of us are planning to ride the entire Skyline Drive from Front Royal to Waynesboro on Friday, October 14, weather permitting. We thought the weekend would be too crowded with leaf-peepers. I will be posting training rides. The one certain ride will be Friday, September 30. I plan to ride the retiree's ride tomorrow and then traipse over to Skyline North Entrance tomorrow after lunch.

A number of riders will be doing the Tour de Easement Gravel Grinder this Saturday, Sept. 24 but I missed the deadline to sign up but am considering a Sunday, Sept. 25 ride on Skyline if anyone is interested. Wednesday Sept. 28 looks promising as well.

Kevin Williams and I will take vehicles to Waynesboro the day before and his wife will drive us back. I can take 4 bikes total, maybe 5. I'm not sure how many Kevin can take.
