Regaurding convocation

Dear sir/mam,

This mail is regaurding the registration for convocation. I am a student of 30th course BHM Deepali Divakar Shetty 151401358. I have been repeatedly trying to register my self online but been not able to go through, as at the first stage it keeps indicating that the code is invalid. This is the code that is asked at the first registration page where the email id,  registration number and a code is requested before registering.

Please do the needful.
